6. Subscription Services and Payments

Paid subscription services are subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENTIQ CAPITAL, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Agentiq Capital has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
